We were this way on business about a week or two ago, The hotel rooms were not bad. The A/C was underpowered and gurgled quite a bit. The showers were great, it had a nice indoor pool, and the rooms had good features. The bonus was, there was PLENTY of room to park a Semi tractor trailer around the place and to pull through with a large truck. Overall, it was pretty good!
Clean and comfortable room..front desk person was very nice..breakfast very minimal..
Awesome staff and Great manager! Very Clean facility! Great breakfast! We had lots of fun in the pool.
Housekeeping and front desk staff were exactly how Super 8s should be represented.
A no-brainer, management needs to READ these and one would think take action. Not simply patronize the guests who leave reviews for others benefit. Guests share theirs experiences so OTHERS are aware of how your establishment does business and its lack of professional help !!!
So we stayed here friday novmber 3 we thought is was great at first! I had paid for a room then paid for the lunch room to be reserved on saturday November 4 for my sons first birthday party not to mention. To find out they doubled booked that room when i paid the night before! I had to buy another room to stay in so we could have our sons birthday party! Needless to say the room was small because the other rooms were booked. Do to lack of communication between night and morning staff and also management we didnt get the lunch room that we paid for. We will not be staying there again.
Would've been a 4 or 5 if the RUDE, REPUGNANT female who's typically working Sunday breakfast 6-9:30am. Will nor recommend any human stay here if this female continues such abhorrent behaviors to GUESTS !!!
