It is amazing they serve donuts from 7-10
I originally went to this motel because the other one I planned to go to was booked. After staying one night, I extended it to the full week because it's cheap, near downtown and the university (where I was working for the week), and its owned be a friendly little family. There's breakfast in the morning, rooms are small but definitely safe and worth it for the price. Overall if I come back to Brookings, I will stay here again.
Very great motel, great service and they have donuts from 7-10am. The price is great for the room. I would suggest this to everyone

Really friendly at the front desk, and have breakfast from 7-10 AM in the morning including coffee, donuts, bananas, and muffins. Rooms are simple yet have everything you need such as a microwave, fridge, t.v., etc. A block from downtown. Great for the price.
