In my opinion, I cannot remember seeing images so clear and sharp as I do now. It’s like looking through a kids eyes again. Completely amazing… and the care was above and beyond anything I’ve ever observed before, truly a team atmosphere driven by great leadership with customer satisfaction being the ultimate goal.

The people helping you with glasses try to push the expensive ones and hurry you through the process. As expensive as glasses are, this shouldn't be a quick decision process! Dr Coates was nice until I disagreed with what I wanted, wasn't as nice anymore, in fact was very rude. Would not recommend unless you are willing to do everything their way without having your own opinion.
My wife told me the only reason she never wore her older glasses (prescribed by different organization) was because they didn’t feel right and the prescription was incorrect, “the people at the Optical Shop know what they are doing”, were her exact words. They took the time to make sure everything was perfect.
Very impressed!! Dr. Coats was very thorough and very pleasant. Thanks John for getting me in so quickly!

GREAT DR & STAFF! Dr. Susan Coats did a great job! I hadn't been to an eye doctor for years. Had been wearing old twisted glasses whenever my 'old' contacts would make my eyes hurt to such a degree they felt like sandpaper on my eyes. Dr. Coats and her staff greeted me with big smiles and a helped me get through the paperwork and in with the Doctor quickly. Of course my eyes had changed to the Dr. and Staff helped me find am amazing set of glasses and even set me up with new contacts! My eyes haven't been happier in years!
My wife and I stopped in for an appointment a few weeks back. We scheduled eye exams and were fitted with new glasses. I cannot say enough about the experience, the people, the treatment, and the expertise we witnessed was absolutely extraordinary.
They committed insurance fraud. My family has gone here for years and every year they covered my glasses (I have a very small prescription) but this year they claimed that our insurance would not cover my glasses because my prescription is so minimal.
