Great service and friendly staff. Very helpful. The waiting area is nice as well if you have to stay a while.

Made an appointment for an alignment, they asked what time would work, I responded with, "any time before 3 is fine because I'll just drop it off on the morning before work and pick it up on my way home." So he sets a time and asks for the description of the vehicle, which I then give him. Okay, "I'll drop it off before work on ....day I said." "Yep, see you then" they said. So I drop it off as discussed, and when I come back to pick it up they hadn't done the alignment. The guy says, "oh I didn't know it was here." I had parked it directly in front of the window, where it had been sitting all day, so I just pointed. He looks up and says "oh". So, fine, I realize it happens, so I'm not too upset. They get me in right away and so now I wait. Another customer comes in, obviously a regular by how they were conversing, wanting to get his vehicle but it isn't done yet. So the counter guy says, would you like a pop or snack while you wait? The customer says, oh, yeah, you mean from the machine? He walks over to the machine and pulls out his wallet. "No", the guy from behind the counter says, handing him some money for the machine. And the best part is, he looks over to see if I'm watching, which I obviously am. So they get my alignment done and I'm now leaving town an hour after I was planning on leaving. I go to pay, no discount, no "sorry about the mix up," nothing. Drive home, steering wheel isn't even straight, close, but obviously an I don't care type job. So, pay full price for poor service all around. I have been a customer there a few times before, including buying a set of tires, but I think I'm done. There are other places in town to go. Take your pick.
This is a great place to go for anything from a tire change to the oil change or most anything in between. The staff is friendly and service is very fast.
We stopped here when we were passing through SD on a road trip and our low tire pressure light came on. We called them and they squeezed us in right away. They pulled our tires to check for leaks and there weren't any (it ended up being just a sensor issue). They said because they didn't fix anything they wouldn't let us pay for their labor or time. They were quick and so kind. I highly recommend giving your business to this quality establishment.
