I'll start off by saying GP is good at what they do. However there are a few things that made me give this rating. I have always taken my car to GP and they've usually done a good job. A few months ago I took my car in and when I got it back my handbrake didn't work. I asked them about it and they said it must be something inside and they would look at it but never did. When I went in it worked and when I got it back it didn't. Another reason for my rating is Fridays are unreliable days. If you need your car Friday night and leave the car overnight Thursday thinking it will be done you're screwed. This has happen twice to me now. They close super early on Friday and I find myself in a position where I can't get to work. No phone call or anything. I called at 3pm Friday to check on the status of my car and the shop was closed. I have been loyal to GP Auto but little things like this bug me. I now have to call into work this weekend because I don't have a car because they're closed for the weekend. Funny part is their website says open Monday-Friday 7:30-5:30PM
Huge thumbs way up for this place and their auto detailing shop! My car looks brand new. The quality of the job the did was incredible! Super impressed.
