Update: We returned later that day to get some questions answered that weren’t previously. A young man named Omar helped us that time. He was very helpful, nice, and answered all of our questions.

I worked with a gentlemen named Hunter Wood and I had an amazing experience. Friendly, easy to chat with and a total expert on Apple products. We had issues with the first iPhone he pulled off the shelf and because of his patience and thoroughness he determined it was a bad iPhone (wouldn’t take updates). Pulled another one off the shelf and ended up getting that one set up for me. Although we sat there for a couple hours it ultimately saved me countless more hours with apple support and possibly even more money. Such an awesome experience and I give great thanks to him! Love this Wireless World!
Very friendly people who were understanding of me having 2 small children with me and did their best to help me entertain my kids while assisting with phone upgrades!
The lady who helped us was not helpful at all. We would ask questions, she didn’t answer or explain well. She was very rude with how she answered; she made us feel dumb for asking simple questions. Will be requesting a different employee next time.
