The company has good products, but employees know very little about customer service or care for that matter. The employee I spoke with on the phone said it was OK to write this review, so here it is.
They got an extra 12 gallons of polyurethane within two days and let me return what was left over after the project. Always helpful and friendly!
Employee did not acknowledge my existence when I entered the store. I put some of what I wanted to purchase on the sales counter. No response. After waiting invisibly for 10 minutes, I put the items back. On my way out, I told the employee I must have come on the wrong day.
Later I called to make an appointment for the next day, thinking that might help. It didn't.
They suck, Sat waiting for two hours as they tried to match stain, but only had one person working so whenever anyone else walked in she would leave helping me and go help the other person instead!
