Had to show receipt twice for a purchase pick up. No one was able to find the item I purchased. Had to go get it off the shelf myself. Asked for assistance to load the item. No help there either. Your staff needs to unhook the plow from their 4th point of contact.
No help anywhere, the place is a joke. Customer service is a lost skill.

I have never experienced worse customer service anywhere, from the local store to corporate, nothing but excuses about their poor quality products and botched installation. They have failed over and over to make repairs and even their replacement products are falling apart. I will never waste my money at lowes again.
Good store but I could use more sick time than vacation time. I wish they sold cigarettes so I could use my employee discount. I wish I could be back by 4. I wish I didn’t have to work holidays. I wish my wife didn’t get mad. I wish my kid didn’t poo herself in school
