I live three hours away in Fargo ND and will definitely make the trip down for a weekend just to lift. And I'm bringing friends!!
I started with the group trainings three months after having my third c-section. In just two months I went from 36% body fat to 20%. I love that the trainers mix things up. We never do the same circuit twice! The nutritionists are helpful and attentive as well, making this the best all-around fitness program I've ever done (and I've done my fair share!). I am definitely committed to this gym...especially after all the commitment the staff, trainers, and other group members have shown me! :)
From north to sout and east to west Powershop Gym is the best.

I use Powershop for both my own workouts, and I have also employed the services of one of their trainers Josh. Josh has done a tremendous job of learning out capabilities and limitations and working around any that pop up while still making sure that we push ourselves and have a great workout!
There's no stupid alarm if you lift too heavy or drop weights, and there's no pizza on Friday. This is a gym for people who want to actually work out.
They have everything you need in one spot.

I was simply visiting Brookings SD for a wedding. As always I have to find a gym that is not only convenient, but has atmosphere.
The Powershop Gym has been a blessing to me. I have only been a client since June but it has helped transform my life. My health has improved 10 fold since I have been going to the Powershop. The staff and trainers are all very friendly and supportive in every way. They have always treated me with respect and been very good at keeping me on track for the goals I have set. My trainer pushes me when I need it and explains what every exercise is doing to improve my wellness.
