Unhappy. They left my furnace in pieces. They didn't return calls. Then they charged me $120...for what... To ignore my calls and give me inept service. I wouldn't use them again or suggest anyone else use them.
We've worked with Ekern for a few years now and they provide the best equipment on the market and I like knowing that they have 24/7 availability.
update- It took 5 weeks, yes 5 weeks for them to fix my ac. Now its one year later and my ac is broken again. I only spent over $800 last year for them to fix my under warranty HVAC system. Do not trust this company.
They installed new HVAC system in my house. Within three years the system broke. It is still under warranty so I needed to have ekern fix it. It has been over 18 days and I still don't have ac in my house. In the middle of summer. They don't even have the decency to call and apologies and tell me they won't have time to stop by. If you call them back they say they'll be out that afternoon, but never show. I would avoid this company. Bad products, horrible response time, unprofessional.
