Horrible customer service. I dealt with the owner, who refused to call me back. He conducted all of our conversations through Facebook messenger. I waited a week for him to get me a date about installing my pool and the day before they were supposed to come install he canceled on me telling me it was a bigger job than what he could take on. He wasted my time now I have to look for another company to install my pool and wait even longer because he wasn't honest to begin with.
